File and Print > Load PGN File > Collections > Remove Comments from all Games

After this procedure, save this folder (without annotations) under File and Print > Save as PGN
(for example, under a deviant notion like TCEC 1 etc.)

That´s it! With Notepad ++ you can see that all comments are disappeared now.
