The knight on the edge and missing a pawn on e4 look pretty bad. I don't think having the bishop pair is enough compensation and Kaissa wants to exchange the extra bishop right away which I don't really understand. I hope you're not the White pieces...

I think White is lost, if Black plays accurately. If that was the question? Also because there seems no alternative for playing Bxf6 and then White has no compensation whatsoever for the other weaknesses anymore.
