Wow thanks for the interest guys, I'm surprised anyone even noticed the new version!

Windows binaries have always been lacking as I develop solely in Linux. In the past people have tried using MinGW with varying levels of success (problems with input/output I believe). If anyone tries compiling a recent version under Windows feel free to let me know what doesn't work and I can look into it.

Also a note to any eager testers: I intend to do a few more 0.x releases relatively quickly before releasing 1.0 - so it might not be worth including version 0.3+ in any tournaments until 1.0 is out.
