Is there a chess engine or personality that plays like Paul Morphy?

Probably Houdini in tactical mode will remind you of it.
However, Houdini will play better than Morphy would on current hardware.
Matefinder Stockfish is another option.

I assume you are looking for tactical brilliance, like Morphy or Tal.

But according to the tests of other personalities it is not very similar to the masters, but rather the wishes of the authors ...
