TLCV server 1.72 - Link?

Post by Dan Astrachan »

Hi everyone

I'm trying to set up a personal TLCV server to broadcast games with ChessGUI as the interface. After unsuccessfully trying to make it work, I noticed that I'm running an outdated version of the server (1.6), the latest one being 1.72. I figured that perhaps running version 1.72 of the server would solve my issues.

The problem is that the TLCV site (http://home.pacific.net.au/~tommyinoz/) is down right now and the Wayback Machine (which I originally got the server from) only has version 1.6 archived. I searched pretty much everywhere for a copy of version 1.72 but to no avail.

Could anyone who has this file somewhere on their hard drive share it or upload it somewhere? That would make a CC enthusiast quite happy :)

Thanks for any assistance.

You are right, the site seems down (currently?) and wayback has only saved an old version from 2006.
If you wait a little bit I will make it available at my site (1.72b the one I used latest, when I still broadcasted), I am sure Tommy wouldn't mind.

Ed has already done this with his aiBloodshed if that helps.

You mean Ferdinand? (even though it is based on Eds webmatch, but much more refined)
