Some caveats though:
Franky often uses more cpu than allowed (probably polling on more threads?)
[...]
CossonJCE sometimes spikes some more cpu at the beginning of the move.
Both "features" are quite common with Java engines. The extent to which they will transgress seems to depend largely on the author's expertise and degree of sloppiness. chess22k is very well behaved, for example, while the single-core version of Bagatur will use up to four cores for some 15-20 seconds at the start of a game. I have to lower the number of games running concurrently by two or three for all tests that include Java engines.

Thanks for the info Norbert.

I have added both programs to the XB/UCI chronology.
For the second one I use currently the name 'CossonJCE' (Cosson JavaChessEngine)
The naming for this engine is problematic.
Github project name: JavaChessEngine
Download file: 'gcosson v1.0.jar'
In response to the UCI command the engine prints out its own name as: 'LE DJO'

For now I'm going to call it: LE DJO

Perhaps the author is a Frenchman who like Serbian tennis players.

OK, I'm only Djoking.
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.
