Would appreciate if someone can tell me how to download older version of stockfish from ultimaiq website, please.

I don't think there is a way to do that, because the site keeps using the same links for newer versions.

Is there a particular version you are looking for? Chances are I probably have it.

Try using wayback, as an example.. (I know of no other way, but someone else might)

It looks like the wayback machine has only archived two executables, CorChess 1.8 131017 bmi2 and modern.
