Of course, this is bullet only tricks, because most attacks involve some totally crazy sacrifices, only relying on surprise effect.
Often there is a bishop sac on h7 or/and on h6, a knight sac near king, and sometimes also a rook sac to totally break the pawn shield.
I've played many many games like those, and it's so fun I cannot even think of playing something else as white in bullet now
