I really don't get what is wrong with Minic in this position ... Topple get the mate without syzygy ?

Something with pruning in endgame because mateFinder mode of Minic is way better in this position ...

Yes, Syzygy wasn't used there.

Perhaps it's to do with one of your interior node recognisers? Topple doesn't have any of those yet.
