Sure ! And the best move is Nd6!
rnb2r2/3pppkp/p5p1/qPpQ4/P1P1n3/4PN2/4KPPP/RN3B1R b - - bm Nd6;

Changing the color to play sometimes happens with Arena when go back 1 move too far :-/
Thanks !

Whether 12...Nb6 is the best move is not clear, also leads only to draw

after 13.Ra3 Bb7

Analysis by Stockfish 250719 64 BMI2:

14.Qxc5 Kg8 15.Nfd2 Rc8 16.Qd4 Nf5 17.Qb2 d5 18.cxd5 Bxd5 19.f3 axb5 20.axb5 Qb6 21.g4 Rxa3 22.Qxa3 Nd6 23.Kf2 Nd7 24.Be2 Rc2 25.Rc1 Nxb5 26.Bxb5 Rxc1 27.Qxc1 Qxb5 28.Qc7 Be6 29.Nc3 Qb2 30.Nce4 f5 31.Qd8+ Nf8 32.gxf5 gxf5 33.Ng3 Bd7 34.Qa5 f4 35.Ne2 fxe3+ 36.Kxe3 Ne6 37.Qd5 Bc8 38.Nc4 Qb3+ 39.Kf2 Qa2 40.Qe4 Kf8 41.Ne5 Ba6 42.Kg3 Bxe2 43.Qxh7 Ng7 44.Qh8+ Qg8 45.Qh6 Bb5 46.Kh4 Qa2 47.Qh8+ Qg8 48.Ng6+ Kf7 49.Ne5+ Kf8
