Sure ! And the best move is Nd6!
rnb2r2/3pppkp/p5p1/qPpQ4/P1P1n3/4PN2/4KPPP/RN3B1R b - - bm Nd6;

Changing the color to play sometimes happens with Arena when go back 1 move too far :-/

Whether 12...Nb6 is the best move is not clear, also leads only to draw

after 13.Ra3 Bb7
