The top engine will gain automatic promotion. Any other changes of division will be at my discretion and may not necessarily involve playoff matches.

True, true. Edsel, is that what you're doing, i.e., no material score per se?
It's material, piece square tables and mobility only. Forgot to mention material since I assume it's always there. :)
