I think it might be up to 100 Elo weaker at FRC without having the special training and net. But at least it plays, which is more than can be said of Lc0.

It is very easy to train Alliestein, by simply taking all the FRC games played here at http://ccrl.chessdom.com/ccrl/404FRC/ and give it a few weeks until it master the best way to open with this variant of chess.

Note: There is rumors that Carlsen locked himself for a few days after he lost to GM Wesley SO in FRC and that he is training intensely with Stockfish to become better at FRC. I believe it was a shock and an embarrassment for him to lose against GM Wesley SO in FRC in front of Millions following him in National TV in his own country.
