Fab played pretty well this tournament!

I've had a busy last month(s), and still have a very busy month in Feburary. There has not much progress been made on Fab since TCEC, but the TCEC version is some 50-60 elo stronger than 1.13. I will release it sometime

Depends on how much progress other engines make, but probably unlikely.
