Unfortunately it does not load under the Fritz GUI ....
I assume that the file in the bin folder is the one execute ?

Yes, that is the one to execute. However, it also requires a command line parameter such as: 'run <the wasm file in your wasabi folder>'.
Anyway, you are not going to succeed under Fritz. The Fritz GUI is notoriously immune to engines that require an interpreter-like external program to run, such as java, node and now this Wasabi thing.
An idea: edit an engine.uci file in your ChessBase engines folder and put 'cmd' (which is in your Wasabi folder) where normally you put the engine.exe.

I've not tried it.
Only works under Windows 10.
It's Windows 10 Pro here Graham but still no joy ....
Maybe the author could provide an executable file that runs without unnecessary complications ?
