this standing ist most interesting and disturbing at once. Galjoin 0.40 64-bit has been a sparring's partner for OliThink 5.6.5 and was about the same strength:

One, perhaps related question:
How do the "3-4-5 piece tablebases" work for each engine? Does ChessGUI adjudicate when 5 or less pieces are on the board?

It's the time control that makes the difference.
I am checking now slower matches and the longer the Time Control, the better Galjoen becomes compared to OliThink. The question is not: It's a strength of Galjoen or a weakness of OliThink?

How do the "3-4-5 piece tablebases" work for each engine? Does ChessGUI adjudicate when 5 or less pieces are on the board?

1. The various tablebases are on a usb stick, and both the GUI and engines (where applicable) have the path to them entered.
2. Yes, 99% of the time the GUI will auto adjudicate..
