It's a pure guess of course, since I know nothing of the engine, but ok: 19-11 for Rybka. This is for the 1 CPU 32-bit versions.

For all these conditions and from what i've seen so far, Rybka will win 18.5-11.5 i believe.geots wrote:Rybka 2.3.2a 32-bit v Naum 3 32-bit
Intel Pentium 4
Single Processor- 2.8ghz
128mb hash
3 & 4 man tablebases
Perfect 12.32.ctg book (with 12 move CCRL limit)
40 moves in 66 minutes repeating (adapted to CCRL 40/40)
Both = Single CPU
30 Game Match- For the Title
This one's for the 1CPU Title. Winner take all- no excuses!
But i would like to see the games, and how they will evolve. Will Naum lose to the middlegame, to the endgame, to the late middlegame, by luck etc....
After his son's birth they've asked him:
"Is it a boy or girl?"
YES! He replied.....

(Order of name listings means nothing!)
That fact that you didn't do it on purpose could be even worse!
(Uri Blass you forgot btw)
hmmmm, I'd also like to see Rybka and Naums predictions. Those versions! (better than the actual "results" posted so by people so far

Oh, well you know I always play the lottery in these kind of things, so:geots wrote:Come on [.] Ulysses [.]Give This Thing A Shot.
Ulysses=Naum 15.5-14.5
Being the only one that predicted a Naum win is worth the risk (After all, trying to get the exact final score is as unlikely so the possible additional glory is the only thing that would be worth winning.)

Ulysses, George already posted the results after 7 games, dont you think you are pushing a little bit by expecting Naum to score 14/23 against Rybka?Ovyron wrote:Oh, well you know I always play the lottery in these kind of things, so:geots wrote:Come on [.] Ulysses [.]Give This Thing A Shot.

If I change my prediction and Naum actually gets 14/23 I'm going to get highest regrets, so my prediction stands. Now, I just hope that Naum gets super luckyTony Thomas wrote:Ulysses, George already posted the results after 7 games, dont you think you are pushing a little bit by expecting Naum to score 14/23 against Rybka?
