I am on the verge of getting this for my new Mini PC. I wonder if it would help with chess engines.

Compared to an HDD, SSD and M.2 is for sure useful for probing EGTB, if PCI gen 3/4/5 makes a difference? Idk.

You must also have a suitable motherboard to support this hard drive.
