Sorry, Sedat's 200.pgn is being used in random.Engine's don't use their own book, for one reason that many of the engines don't come with their own book, and I want to know the engine's strength in general.

Right. for instance Requiem does not have a book either.
I read in wj's readme file, there is an opening book for wj.
in case someone has it, just let me know.

WJChess uses a small internal book which is compiled into the exe.
It can be turned off by sending 'book off' as a command line option.

On a side note:

wj 1.63 performs significantly better than wj 1.64.

the number of gms is far from sufficient though.
