Version 19.0.1 with binaries has actually been released now

https://github.com/cosmobobak/viriditha ... ag/v19.0.1
Old v19.0.0 binaries have been yanked - the .1 patch version has a bugfix for tablebase probing on Windows.
It was the engine tablebase bug that was causing an exception in the engine and the resultant game losses. Nothing to do with any GUI.

Viridithas not good. It gets stucked in the game and runs out of time. Whatever the bug is, it is not fixed. I have tried and disable the tbs and it still happens, whether it is with or with no tbs, the engine gets stucked.

Are you sure you downloaded the latest 19.0.1 binaries ? What are your testing conditions - number of threads, hash size, GUI etc

I played 3400 games with tablebases without any issues https://e4e6.com/324/
That is single thread and a blitz time control. Perhaps with longer time control and more threads there is still a problem of some sort.

No issues here, both 1CPU and 4CPU.

Have you tried and use the engine on Playchess & Chessbase server online against the other opponents ?

The engine runs out of time, no matter which compile I tried.

Online play, with ponder on - no I haven't. Perhaps a pondering issue then, hard to tell. Everyone uses engines under different conditions.

Raise an issue on github about it.
