The PGN file of the tournament is not public... anyway, I use my own rating programme for calulate approximated rating performances:

I randomly choosed 2600 Elo as the average rating; this list should be very similar to the list given by EloSTAT.

There is a gap of almost 260 Elo between the best performance and the worst one.
