Hi Matthias,

OK, but it is not easy to winning around me to this topic.

I like complety different chess programs because I have interest to see different computer chess. If all programs plays the same chess this hobby is very boring for me.

The Houdini programmer should try to give his baby more personality.

But let us see what the future will give us.
So far its very impressive that in the strong test suite from my friend Houdini solved all problems. No engines comes with such a strong result. Thats a good start ...

Houdini 1.03a is now available from http://www.cruxis.com/chess/houdini.htm .

This version contains a bug-fix for the multi-PV analysis hanging in some positions. Even if you don't use multi-PV analysis it is recommended that you replace your existing 1.03 installations with the new build.
