Added basic wb time control.

Still at bottom end of strength scale, but at least it
shouldn't lose too much now due to time forfeits.

New versions of both MFchess & Kace will be up on my homepage later today.

The only problem I noticed with the new Kace is that it resigned in a position where it was down by -3.00, and I thought that was kind of unusual.

Yes, a resign bug. That's one I noticed too. Also there are some other serious bugs. Every now and again Kace will say during a game 'Unable to find move to play' and terminate and when in check will sometimes play an illegal King move that is not out of check.

I've finished MFChess. Shouldn't time forfeit now or play illegal moves every now and again. I was also getting and 'unable to access memory error' which was occuring always around the 60th move. Not certain if this is fixed now, so keep a look out.
