I can't get on.I wonder if the Rybka Chessbase story is true.Been trying to log on to confirm but just get the page loading wait.

The only thing I noted that caught my attention as that ChessBase continues the ultra-retarded naming convention of now "deep Rybka". That is beyond lame, IMHO...

I think they should had a photo of IM Larry Kaufman as well since he had alot to do with the ELO increase. His input had alot to do with how Rybka plays in its new form today.

Personally i could care less about the name. Even if they called it Deeper Rybka or Deep BlueRybka or FDD56-X12 Rybka i don't care. What i care is the strength of the program, the analysis features of it, the book of it, etc....
After his son's birth they've asked him:

The cb-native Crafty versions are mp capable, but do NOT have "Deep" attached. :mrgreen:

(Btw. they are also multi-pv capable.)
