Is there a site where this (presumably free) Frenzee engine can be downloaded? I've searched everywhere...

I think that version 3.5.19 is the last. Googling 'frenzee chess2u' brought to this page:

I didn't test it, but
IF this download of Frenzee version Feb.08 is complete, it should include a very useful
file integrity checker for the Nalimov endgame tables. Big recommendation!
