Dubai: two leaders and a cheating scandal

Post by AdminX »

This is why we have rules.

"I was suspicious about my opponent already after the tournament in Al Ain in December, where we both had taken part. Nigalidze won that tournament. During our game he would go to the toilet very often, just like this time. However, in Al Ain I had no evidence, I could only make guesses. Today, my suspicions have been confirmed. In today's game, Nigalidze would promptly reply to my moves and then literally run to the toilet. Twice, I made my moves quickly as well, so that he couldn't leave, and he made mistakes on those occasions. I decided to keep an eye on him. I noticed that he would always visit the same toilet partition, which was strange, since two other partitions weren't occupied."

That Stockfish is one hell of a Chessplayer and one hell of a Cheater also!! Hey Stockfish Team didn't you teach it that it is against the rules to help another player during the game.

There have always been cheaters.

There are many cheaters that have not been caught, and also many honest players unfoundedly accused of cheating.

Now I'm giving myself up. If someone watched me he'd notice that I always go to the same toilet partition even if others are free as well. At least when I have to sit down.
So if you were playing a game of chess with a computer or human, you would run to the can because every move played would make you shit!

The caption could easily be changed to "whenever the tournament director follows me to the toilet".

I am reading it now. Makes no sense to cheat. How can you have any real self worth from your true potential?

At least, he had been caught ! He should be banned for a very long time (I saw on ChessBase's site that he can face at least a 3 years ban).

The new plague. Why the Hell is he playing to chess if he refuses the possibility to loose (the same for any sport) ?

It is 3 yrs. & 15 if it's a repeat offense. I imagine if anyone is stupid enough that a 3rd time is probably banned for life although it does not state it. There is someone and it happens every day where you think you've seen it all and along comes Mr. Poop for brains and he beats it.

Nice avatar Arnaud, reminds of the anime series which I watched called, "Kiseijuu Sei No Kakuritsu" -- Parasite (Eng.) Particularly Shinichi's parasite. They take over a human's body and eat other humans, pretty graphic. Other than that I am a decent person.
