According to this video on Youtube and this blog, this study was composed by A. Kazancev (Aleksandr Petrovich Kazancev at Yet Another Chess Problem Database), M. Liburkin (Mark Savel'evich Liburkin at YACPDB) and L. Staroverov (L. D. Staroverov at YACPDB) in 1933.

I found another study of the same three composers which somewhat resembles the study of the original post of this thread:
