in Arena output it looks ok
but Arena screen says no NNUE

may be its ok although Arena screen say no, but expected rating is about 100 points higher, look ratinglist no60
- my ratinglist should be near to CCRL-Blitz, its gauged at Stockfish 10 with 3.500 points

One thing you can do is compare NPS with and without net.

Btw, I see you are trying "forceNNUE". This will results in using only NNUE evaluation and no HCE. This is not the default mode, and is a lot weaker. You should probably not check this box and thus stay in "hybrid" mode.

You have to select Engines option and underneath where it say Automatic analysis select either engine 1 or engine 2 and select configure and where it say NNUE File select Noturnal Nadir and save it as new engine then select that engine where it say Engines select load engine and make sure it is selected. I can tell the difference against Komodo 10 Now

Well on start position, forcing full NNUE or staying in hybrid mode is not that much viewable nps-wise.

If you try it on middle game position like this

you shoud see around 10% speedup staying in hybrid mode.

Btw, I see you are around 500knps, so this is probably some quite good hardware, be sure to use the best executable possible for you.
