White has speedy development and a strong initiative, for the material deficit. Meanwhile all black pieces remains on the back row, in addition to black king is stuck in the middle for the time being.

Is it enough for a win as white here or just a lasting advantage throughout the game.

the move 9.Rb1 is stronger than 9.Ba3?! i think,
and anyway after 9.Ba3 my engine simply plays 9...a5
instead of taking the rook.
Then 8...Bd6 (or e7) is better than 8...Bxc3?!

i dont own very strong hardware but i doubt that this would make any decisive difference...the white advantage seems to be there and i was not able to equalize for black in the time i spent on this position (around 1,5 hours) and i couldnt find anything decisive as well for white neither...the mainline i got is this:
10. ... Qf6 11. Qb1 Nd7 12. Bb5 c6 13. Nd2 a6 14. Ne4 axb5 15. Nxf6+ Nxf6
16. Bc5 ∞

to me it seems that white works with damp clay but black will probably equalize sooner or later imo
