What hardware does each rating list use for testing engines?

I would love to see a push for all rating lists to make use of AVX2 processors. Most NNUE engines are gimped without those.

- Intel i5-4440 @ 3,3 GHZ, 16GB RAM
- AMD Ryzen 7-2700 @ 3,5GHZ, 16GB RAM
- AMD Ryzen 5-1600 @ 3,5GHZ, 8GB RAM
- AMD Ryzen 5-1500x @ 3,8GHZ, 8GB RAM
All these machines are avx2 compatible!
The older machines (FX8350, i7-2600, i5-3570s) are not active any more, at least for NNUE testing
