There is no need to nominate anybody more than once. You can vote later.

Reminder: this thread is only for nominating moderator candidates, and issues directly pertaining to it.

Hence I moved a tangential discussion that was developing to the Moderator Elections (Comments) thread.

I nominate Rasmus Althoff (Ras)

It is my hope that Rasmus, Harvey and I could serve as a team.

Accepted on both points. Moderation together with HGM and Harvey would be along the charter, i.e. mod intervention would require a charter violation. I'd mainly rely on posters using the "report" button instead of expecting pro-active moderation. The moderation objective would be to bring derailing discussions back to the charter standards while also minimising the moderation impact where possible.

Since the stream of nominees seems to be drying up, I will allow one more week (upto and including next Sunday) for nominees to be proposed and to accept. After that the accepting candidates should post their moderator policy, and we can decide on how to conduct the elections.

Accepted. Perhaps I can run as a team with all combinations of two other nominees.
Fat Titz by Stockfish, the engine with the bodaciously big net. Remember: size matters. If you want to learn more about this engine just google for "Fat Titz".

There doesn't appear to be a member called ARB. But I guess this simply means the nomination will not be accepted by anyone.
