Non-Polish users cut off from TalkChess

For those who are unaware of the situation. The TalkChess.com hosting sponsor is a chess set seller in the US. They tend to block whole non-US IP-blocks to counter hack-attacks against their online-shop. TalkChess is side-hosted on their shop-sever, so the blocking also affects our little community. You can use a VPN or you can use a US http-proxy to get access in case you are affected by this IP-blocking.

Alright, it seems this is not the case anymore, according to a traceroute and netcraft query talkchess.com and chessusa.com use two
different IPs and direct to different server. If there are now two distinct server resp. IPs I see no reason for any TC IP-blocking...
maybe some current moderator can comment on the current situation.

My policy would be to move to a new server ASAP. Same charter, same mods, same everything except a different URL.

I strongly suggest to keep the talkchess.com URL and the current database of posts and thus all current links (CPW) to TC alive.
