I think you just lost $225. I was able to beat SF14 with knight odds even at blitz. It's just no good at playing down a piece, it will just allow massive trades. It doesn't have a Contempt option to avoid this.

I think you just lost $225. I was able to beat SF14 with knight odds even at blitz. It's just no good at playing down a piece, it will just allow massive trades. It doesn't have a Contempt option to avoid this.

Good news he agreed to play at 5'+3" against stockfish14 or against Komodo Dragon 2 at 15'+10", but Saturday if I purchase Komodo 14 Dragon2, I will ask him if he would like to switch and play against Komodo Dragon2 at 15'+10" with Contempt = 150. I was going to wait until Dragon3 to be released to purchase Komodo Dragon 3, but I will consider it by this Saturday.

We'll probably have a new version out soon, but if you buy Komodo Dragon 2 for this match we'll upgrade you to the next release for free on request. Even without Contempt Dragon 2 is much better than SF14 at giving knight odds, because it was trained on data that included knight odds games. It also helps to use the MCTS option together with at least four threads. If you can choose the first move, I think 1.e4 is best when giving g1 odds, 1.f4 is probably best when giving b1 odds.

We agreed to play versus Komodo Dragon2 MCTS at TC 15'+10" Saturday August 14 since he will visit some of his family this weekend, but 42 minutes after we agreed he sent me this practice game that he played versus Komodo 13.3 MCTC Contempt =150. The 2nd second move 2. Qh5 by Komodo was very bad according to him.

I do Not have any problem given Sammour $225.00 but thanks to Mr. Kaufman for warning me of how weak Stockfish 14 play with Knight Odds, It is not that I did not wanted to purchase Komodo Dragon2, it is that the next version is almost released or just about in a few months, but like Mr. Kaufman mentioned I could get the upgrade for free and it will save me at least half of the money that I would have lost with stockfish 14.
