Hey Gabor. It's not possible to do that in WinBoard mode, sorry, the only way is in UCI mode.
If you think it would be useful, I'll add this feature in the next version.

I don't particularly need it myself because the default value is just right for me. I only thought the engine would not be complete if it did not exist.
