Monster PC? That setup should have gone through that Raspberry configuration like a hot knife through butter. My 4 cores of SF choose basically all the same moves. In more games, you would see the discrepancy, but there is something way off there. With such a huge gulf in processing power, it should be apparent immediately.

The "Golden Age" of hybrids and each program being uniquely different was a beautiful thing in the mid 90's. You'll never see that again, but we are seeing new strides with neural networking, processing power and such.

If anyone wants to test my new Charisma Engine, here is a download.

Charisma 080223 (Windows 64-Bit):

https://pixeldrain.com/u/cGrX6Y6Z

The engine has now been optimized even better for Blitz. There is no update on my homepage this month.

It seems that the hardware doesn't matter much anymore. Monster PC hasn't won a single game in over 12 hours! At the blitz tournament on PlayChess.com tonight, a difficult opening was enough to lose 850.000 kns against 35.000 kns.

In the following game, both engines were out of the book after move 4. Charisma 080223 ran on 15 cores and easily overplayed the monster. Great performance by Charisma 080223 engine, I'm happy! :)

That's not a rumor, that's a fact. He had 4 (or even more) accounts. In order to get over 3000 Elo in the past, he received gift points. I was there live and reported about it (including PGN) in the CSS Forum.

Unfortunately, some accounts that are still at the top of the table manually select their opponents just to push themselves up. If these players were played normally in auto mode, they would not have a chance to be at the top. For me they are show-offs, sorry that I have to say it like that, but that's the way it is. :x Anyone who plays longer on PlayChess knows that.
