Tech support email doesn't exist anymore.

I placed an order 10 days ago. The credit card processing is still pending.

I used to love CA back in 2002 or so, but it seems the software hasn't changed since then.

Although they *do* keep offering "upgrades" for more $$.

Frank, is there anything interesting that isn't already 15 years old in the program?

There are some changes under the hub. E.g., the new new pgn formats are now recognized (although there seem not to be unicode yet). On the other hand, it all seems so similar, so the same... Nonetheless, back in the time, ChessAssistant was so ahead of Chessbase that the program is still relevant now. So, if you have an older version, I would not recommend you the new one, but otherwise, it is worth a try.

Also, no Aquarium 2024 for the first time. Aquarium 2023 came out late December 2022 and was identical to every other version.

I still get the marketing emails about every few days... but yeah, they don't seem to want to take my money.

yes, I ordered Chess Assistant 24, not Aquarium 23.
Got the download link with the latest databases.
PGN features are important to me and the databases because Corr base is inside and ~ 8.9 million of games in two databases. From time to time I have updated my databases.

At the moment I have a bit to do with my next tournament, so I will look in all this if my new tournament is still running.

The mail arrives three days after ordering from Olga Kreger (CA shop).

I downloaded all the material and installed the program without any problems, but I have not looked yet.
