Robocide 0.4TM?

While checking some issues for other users it came to my knowledge that several downloads
for Robocide don't exist anymore.

I have already uploaded the 20170718TM version to my download site now, but I miss
the 0.4TM version compiled in 2019-02 after source changes in 2018-06.
CCRL should have some copies at least :)

Please send me one for making it available again. Thanks in advance.
(It seems I cannot compile it with msys2 and it needs a full posix environment due to using some gnu extensions)

BTW you (CCRL) link to a very old version in your rating lists.

The github site only has linux compilations - ofc I know that site.
Only Tony has built it for Windows since ever...
