How many other engines without EGTB see the Draw

By now all of you have probably found out that all these engines can find the two drawing moves 130....Qc2 and 130....Qb1 without using any EGTB within seconds and probably much lower rated engines too. Why did Carlsen take back that initial move of 1.d4 and ended up playing it anyhow?
