I'm not sure how to score this. For example, are the 5 ply positions to be scored as "not found" if it takes 6 ply to find the move?

It is not logical because plies are meaningless and only time to solve the problem is important.

Thanks for the link. The RELOT or Rebel ELO Test looks interesting. I may convert this test to the GradualTest format. It may be too easy for stronger engines though.
