I more than agree, the current list is quite strange. Between no. 7 (Rajabov) and and no. 6 (Morozevich) the difference is 30 points. Between Morozevich and Anand (no. 1) the difference is 24 points.
Morozevich is 3rd - not 6th . Radjabov is 8th, not 7th. The difference between them is 23, not 30. The difference between Morozevich and Anand is 29 points, not 24.

You're talking about two different lists. You are talking about the official FIDE arting list, while Andranik is talking about the live top list.
