By example, I still wait a better gui than the one by chessbase. Something less technical and more funny. There is ample room for that.
Else: engines that really gives you a class of chess according an examination of your mistakes in specific games.
I am waiting for a universal chess theme capable of doing that and manage the rest of my things as If was a GM living in a little flat in NYC, with a desk with my chess board but also with bills to pay, letters to write, articles to read, books to examine, etc.

I dont know about chess GUI paying bills... (phun intended)
But Chessmaster is a little bit on a "fun" side, if you ask me compare to Arena or Chessbase. Chessmaster also has all the features you mentioned above; other than the "paying bills" part.

I also really like the way it looks now, it has come a long way since chessmaster 3000 :)

I guess that will take a while yet.
Theoretically get solved - Maybe.

Practically - Unlikely.

If chess is found to be a draw, I don't see any reason to stop playing. Still makes the game interesting nonetheless.

If it is found that white wins (unlikely), then I can understand the reason to stop playing completely.

Fernando,

Do you want her to be silver or gold? She can also lube your crankshaft and polish your billiard balls. Playing chess with your personal assistant robot will be a good way to spend your final years. She runs on AC and DC and even does Windows.

PS I can see your mind visualizing all the tasks that you have planned for Robota.
