by all means you should hold a tournament!
it will only increase our knowledge base as to which computers are stronger and you will only have some fun at it

Portable computers have feelings too Regards

in the moment i am negotiating with stefan meyer kahlen to let shredder mobile for java participate in the tournament.

Image
Image

IMO it would be an interesting participant.
Shredder java for mobile is on the level of the dedicated chess computers.
and this way stefan would also have a participant in my tournament.
it would make no sense to let shredder for pocket PC participate because that program is to strong, but the java version is IMO on the level
of the dedicated machines.

for this all i would need would be a Java-shredder for mobile that can consider 3' average instead of the 60" maximum time control i can
setup in the moment.

also with java-shredder participating i would need another participant.
is there any other dedicated machine from a programmer not on my list?

especially surprising is IMO the difference between MM5 and Milano !
there was one game where the MM5 destroyed the milano.

i would say the milano is a step backwards, the mm5 is stronger.

also interesting how the different morsch versions played.
some even overclocked.

in the next game mm5 will have to fight against berlin 68000.

So far Stefan Meyer Kahlen was not able to update his JavaChess Program for my mobile so that it could participate with 3'computation
time in my tournament. He is fully in the development of Shredder12
and has not much time for this old mobile stuff.

therefore i was not able to play a game with this engine.
