Allard Siemelink has not written anything to CCC after 19.9. and not answered to my PMs either. But how have CEGT/CCRL testers got their versions, I wonder?

I can't speak for CEGT, but we certainly didn't ask. We were offered the latest version to test and we were happy to accept the offer.
