Anybody has a compiled stockfish engine for ubuntu?

The windows version that you are using is the optimized one by Jim Ablett so it is very well compiled.

Probably you don't get such a strong version if you compile yourself under Linux, I mean, you need to be a compile expert to squeeze out until the last bit also under Linux, at least you need a PGO optimized Intel compile, but it doesn't seem we are there yet, so it is a good choice to use the Windows JA version with Wine.

Except that wine is 32 bit.
