Therefore I dont understand why folks like A. Schmidt are insinuating false accusation from Vas! He spoke of clone but not identical copy. So, why is he wrong when he discovered his own stuff in parts and then made the public statement? Why must he then publish his evidence??

This is for me a crucial example where it can be easily seen how viciously the different defamators are tweaking the truth. They insinuated all the time that Vas had spoken about identical copy.

Appreciated that at least some here give science a chance. Thank you guys.

I for one from a science view on the actual conflict I have absolutely no doubt that like Vas had understood FRUIT and used it for his own creation that also others, also talented guys could understand certain tricks that became new in Rybka. The ugly side of that is that FRUIT was open for all while Rybka is a commercial program. How evil anonymous jerks are acting, when they misuse the inventions of a commercial programmer? You must realise that they dont even do it for the creation of their own entry into the competition but solely to defamate and violate, hurt, and destroy another programmer? And the CCC members in parts are applauding this and Prof Hyatt is happy as if this were part of a scientifical experiment. It was the German Goethe who created the character of Faust, a well studied intellectual who seeked and found cooperation with the Devil (Mephisto) but betrayed his own art. Unbelievable. But it seems as if here nobody feels ashamed and sad that at least some of the best experts are using support by evil anonymous and potentially severely disturbed freaks (A. Schmidt spoke of a potential schizophreny, for me psychopathy would already do it). I certainly cant imagine that someone sane, with a good job and then highly talented, with a family, well accepted in his community, could behave so deranged and rottingly false.

In principal the culprit has already confessed. When he announced that he would create clone after clone to take revenge against Vas. Who in the eyes of our poor guy is also a cloner.

I appeal to all: if you know of a potential job for our poor guy, please give me information and then I will try to negotiate this with him. Condition must be that the job pays off. Perhaps the "job" could also be distributed on a whole group of such talented programmers. Dont spend money this Chrismas for Africa or whatever, but please support the poor but overqualified talents in our own community. PLEASE!
