Hi,
No, it's not the best way. If you delete all moves with priority 0, you delete also all responses to potential traps.
The best way was to assure the compatibility for the books in succesive version. In others Guis it's the case (CB, Shredder).

Patrick
Hi Patrick, agreed, you have a point here....but unfortunately you know how difficult it is under the Arena GUI to do that compared to CB or Shredder GUI....

Im not a book author. But logical thinking tells me that after
1. d4 d5 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Nf3 h6 then the move 5. Bg5 Must Not be in any book regardless of its priority or probability of being played.
You know Murphy's Law: Anything that Can go wrong Will go wrong. This blunder would've never happened if it werent there in the first place. Removing it all together is the only 100% sure way to remove such blunders from chess books regardless of GUI actions
I emphisize removing that move Only as a response to 4...h6, which what was done in the corrected version, HS-Book.abk_9
Please correct me if im wrong

Hi,
Look into the GUI Arena 1.1 !
The 4)..h6 is with priority "zero" but even here no exists longer 5)Bg5.
Conclusion: in all Arena GUI's from 1.1 to 2.0.1 this move is everywhere
disappeared in the corrected version.

Exactly my thoughts especialy when it comes to the Arena GUI priority system,it can't be trusted 100%....
