For Thinker probably better old CB adapter? If use Fritz.
http://www.chesspraga.cz/download/utils/CB-adapterWB.rar

1.Go to engines directory
2.Rename adapter.eng to "name_directory_engine".eng, example Thinker54D-64inertMP.eng
2a.The same for logo.bmp
2b.Create file Thinker54D-64inertMP.init :
[Parameter]
CommandLine = hashsize=7 threads=2
Author = Lance Perkins
Engine = Thinker 5.4dx64MP_in
Debug = False

[Support]
AnalyzeMode = false
PonderMode = False
CastleAndEP = True
3.Create directory for Thinker, needed the same name any adapter, example Thinker54D-64inertMP. Go to and copy/move you Thinker.
4.copy to Thinker54D-64inertMP.init and rename engine to the same name, example Thinker54D-64inertMP.exe.

Benefits?
a) visible engine thinkink, but little (only evaluation after move and depth in notation)
b) little speedly engine

Originally 5.4D was "found" on what was supposedly supposed to be a private area. Later it was released publicly.

Cheers,
Graham.
I didn't know it was officially released.
