This is the 2nd tournament I've run with these settings, the first of which had a slightly higher score. Some of the games Rybka was down as much as 2.00 but would some how end up going into endgame equal or winning!
If anyone is interested in the games I will upload them
Code: Select all
1 Deep Rybka 4 x64 +54/=37/-9 72.50% 72.5/100
2 Houdini 1.01 x64 4_CPU +9/=37/-54 27.50% 27.5/100
Hi I wonder how dou u get the value for the pieces from the games?? sorry I´m Dummie

Just remember that the 100/150 settings are for repeating TCs.

Rook Endgame Scaling: 100
Thanks, I'll check it out. BTW, just so you know: In increment games the TC Buffer is ignored.
Albert, i will try these settings, except with your TC settings ...
TC Normal Move Time: 100
TC Max Move Time: 150
Personality name = R4 Silver Magic
Just remember that the 100/150 settings are for repeating TCs.
Yes, i know. I will test at repeating TCs.

My first question is why is the c1-bishop worth less than the f1-bishop?
