Round 7 was the final round
Matthias - I used ChessGUI 0.221 for this tournament, so the bug I encountered might have been fixed in ChessGUI 0.222?
In Round 8, Chess Tiger and Frenzee were paired to play, even though they'd already been paired in Round 7.
I'll try a Swiss with ChessGUI 0.222 now.

Re: Round 7 was the final round
Actually now that I look closer, it seems that Tiger and Frenzee had already been paired twice and that this was the third time they were going to play. The pairings amongst all other engines looks okay.Graham Banks wrote:Matthias - I used ChessGUI 0.221 for this tournament, so the bug I encountered might have been fixed in ChessGUI 0.222?

Forget therefore about Swiss with ChessGUI till I resume work on the GUI.
Unfortunately, I cannot say when.
Sorry for damage caused.
Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

No damage caused at all Matthias and you should not feel embarrassed about ChessGUI.Matthias Gemuh wrote:EmbarassingGraham Banks wrote:Actually now that I look closer, it seems that Tiger and Frenzee had already been paired twice and that this was the third time they were going to play. Okay - so the Swiss pairings may be temporarily broken, but for all other types of tournaments (Matches, Round Robins, Gauntlets and Team Fights), ChessGUI is great and a real credit to you.
Cheers,
Graham.
