Since I am currently quite busy with other things, it'll probably
be sometime in December before the next version will be released.
Since I do not expect it to top the ratings lists, it will be freely available.
Best regards,
-Allard
Hi Allard. Thanks for a class engine. I am waiting for the new one desperately.
Thanks Again
often I try to contact Allard.
He moved around 2011 to U.S.A.
Last version he sent me was 1.1 beta.
But this was a w32 version.
A long time my favorite engine with Hakkapeliitta.
Very strong attacking engines.
Often I am start small tourneys with Spark, Hakkapeliitta and an older Wasp version in combination with Cheng on my ultrabook (3.2Ghz i7 11Gen). Check here Dutch lines, Trompowski or King indian lines.

I believe I got end of 2011 the aggreement from Allard to add versions on my webpage if I remember.
But I can't find the mail from him about it.
The reason that I can't do it.
In times SWCR (Rating List for the German Newspaper Schach-Welt ... Schach-Welt-Computer-Ratings, work for GM Jörg Hickl) is still running many correspondence chess player and Grandmaster I had contacts using Spark for opening analyzes.
After the interview I made with Allard he was speaking from version 2.0.
Allard told me that he is working on a new code (rewrite the code).
v1.1 w32 was a bugfix ... but around 30 Elo stronger as v1.0 w32.
Unfortunately, after Allard movning to U.S.A. never I had more contacts to him.
A very sympathical programmer with great ideas around chess programmings.

Thanks Frank! I like some of these older engines for comparable analysis, and also to play from time to time. I have not investigated Cheng yet so maybe I will add that to my collection
“He knew all the tricks, dramatic irony, metaphor, pathos, puns, parody, litotes and... satire. He was vicious”
yes, yes ... Cheng must be in the group.
You are welcome!!
Have fun watching the games (tourney with Wasp 4.0 or Wasp 4.5, Hakka, Spark and Cheng).
Fun pure ... added Rybka (Fritz 15 or Fritz 16) and the others will produced a lot of fast won games.
