Let's see how Rybka behaves here (with a little different parameters). This could be without problems an exit from a book line (albeit a little drawish).
Also in Game 3 Rybka had a clear advantage for a very long time.
Houdini just played 25.h4, it clearly doesn't like a draw!

24 h3 and 25 h4
I don't have an engine at the moment but it doesn't look like optimal play

It's a position where White cannot do anything useful, its tempi are relatively worthless.
Black controls the game, Caro-Kann can be surprising :).

That why I like it. I once played with Komodo/white in Thuringia vs Sjeng and lost badly. Since then I have an edge for Caro-Kann. It is hard to play for engines having white if the book is not covering it! :-D

I didn't remember because I wasn't able to watch the game live; there was no screen capture for game 3 (if not on very late) and so I couldn't follow the match at beginning.

Thanks again to Clemens for the broadcast via screen lap.

As White cannot do a thing (it's horrible to see...), it's interesting to ponder how Black could improve its position.
Maybe f5 and Nf4?
The current position after 33.Qc2:
[d]1b6/3q1pkp/1rp1npp1/pr6/2RPR2P/P4N2/1PQ2PP1/2B3K1 b - -
Looking very good for Black, the Rybka Cluster is going to strike back!

Probably Rybka doesn't want to play f5 for not activating white knight that can be problematic (the thing could become chaotic quite fast).

While it's true that white has little maneuvering ability, also for black the thing is not so better, in reality. It would require a lot of thinking to come up with a good plan.

EDIT: But now maybe Rybka with 34 ..h6 restricts white pieces more an more and maybe it will play for a a break. Let's see.

Exact, the g5 break. That b8 black bishop can become problematic soon. And the rooks and queen can switch fast.

This game is become very interesting quite suddenly.
